Background
GoFast Energy Drink was a small player in a market dominated by giants like Red Bull and Monster.
With no big-budget ads, we needed a way to grab attention and get people to actually try the product. All while staying true to GoFast’s fast, fearless brand image.
WORK
Amsterdam in the summer is packed with tourists and locals hanging out by the canals. So, instead of just handing out free cans like every other brand, we turned heads first, then put cans in people’s hands.
We hacked a standard canal bike, attached a high-powered motor and sent it flying through the city’s waterways.
Impact
Over 250,000 views on the viral stunt video within the first few weeks.
Earned media coverage in 15+ Dutch news outlets, including national newspapers and online blogs.
More than 10,000 cans sampled in key locations along the canals and hotspots in Amsterdam.
